The MAGnituDe research project, funded by Horizon Europe, was inaugurated in Gothenburg on February 20-21, 2025.
The goal of this four-year endeavor is to strengthen democracy and civil society in the Baltic Sea region by improving the integration of migrants from areas of armed conflict. The project involves a consortium of seven academic institutions and two NGOs from eight countries: Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Slovenia and Spain.
The University of Gdansk was represented remotely by Maja Grabkowska, PhD, Marta Grzechnik, PhD and Elżbieta Czapka, PhD. A methodological workshop in Ljubljana is scheduled for July.
