The event was part of the Museum Think-Tank – a joint initiative by the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, Goyki 3 Art Incubator, BWA Wrocław Contemporary Art Gallery, and the European Solidarity Centre.

Among the participants were distinguished experts and activists who shared their reflections and “served up” topics for discussion. They included:

  • Irena Chawrilska, PhD (Coordinator of the More-than-Human Studies Lab of the Centre for Sustainable Development)
  • Kateryna Brodovska (BoFolk Foundation),
  • Krystian Kamiński (Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin),
  • Magdalena Młynarczyk-Wezgraj (Fala Równości Foundation for Discriminated Groups),
  • Martyna Jastrzębska (First Studio of Intermedia, Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk),
  • Katarzyna Kulińska (POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews).

During the discussion, topics related to new forms of diversity, care, and inclusivity in the context of contemporary social and cultural challenges were explored.

As Irena Chawrilska highlighted: „Care as a method of thinking and acting seems today to be the right approach to thinking about new diversities and inclusivity. From this perspective, I focused on new communities, language, and more-than-human solidarities.”

We extend our gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and inspiring exchange of ideas.
