Jolanta Mrozek-Kwiatkowska, M.Sc. has been a project specialist at the University of Gdansk since 2016. Previously, she was involved in project management in the commercial market for many years. She graduated from the Silesian University of Technology – Faculty of Materials Engineering. She obtained international certificates confirming project management qualifications – PRINCE2 at Foundation and Practitioner levels and AGILE at Foundation level.
At the University of Gdansk, she dealt with the ongoing support of the staff of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Social Sciences in the search for sources of funding, preparation and implementation of development and research projects and, in the period from September 2020 to January 2021, with issues of internationalisation of the university within the structure of the UG International Cooperation Office. In 2018-2021 she was the finance manager of the SEAPLANSPACE project (Interreg South Baltic 2014-2020).
She participated in the development of the documentation of the new qualification for the Integrated Qualification System (cooperation with the Educational Research Institute, the new qualification was launched).
