On May 21, 2026, we had the opportunity to participate in the conference “Tri-City Green Buildings Day” held at the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia. This nationwide event focuses on environmental and social responsibility in the design and construction sector, with the goal of not only educating but also fostering collaboration among all participants in the investment process—so that together we can influence the sustainable development of our cities.
The event was attended by representatives of development and construction companies, design firms, universities, public institutions, and local governments.
We were particularly interested in the panels on circularity and the use of materials, buildings, and land in a closed-loop system, as well as the use of AI and digital tools to support green construction. We must also mention the excellent keynote speech by Nadia Belkessam-Felska on the influence and impact of architecture on society.
The Center for Sustainable Development was pleased to serve as a patron of the event. We thank the organizers—Costa Project and WSP in Poland—for the invitation and for creating a space to discuss the future of construction and our cities!
Magdalena Maciejewska and Szymon Gronowski represented CZRUG at the event.
