Coordinator of the BALTICBEAT Interreg South Baltic project, of which she is a co-founder, involved in projects related to energy transition and closed-loop economy.
She has a master’s degree in materials technology and is a certified project manager with extensive experience in research, development and educational projects carried out in cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
At the University of Gdansk, she currently holds the position of chief specialist at the Faculty of Social Sciences. She has been with UG since 2016 and has been involved in supporting academics in the preparation and implementation of both national and international projects. In the past, she worked in business and also ran her own business.
She has been implementing EU-funded projects for nearly 20 years. Recently, among others, she participated in the preparation and implementation of the SEAPLANSPACE Interreg South Baltic project aimed at preparing staff for the implementation of maritime development plans, and CIR-CO-WAY (Norwegian Funds) supporting science, technology and industrial parks in the introduction of the principles of closed-loop economy. Currently, as part of the BALTICBEAT project, she is involved in supporting administrations and SMEs in creating energy communities.
She participated in the work of the Social Education Group of the Alliance for Offshore Wind Energy Development in Poland.
