Ensure better fitness and well-being by joining in outdoor exercises together. 

Staff from the UG Physical Education and Sports Centre will once again be running regular open sports classes. Fancy stretching, strengthening training, yoga, or maybe you want to start a Nordic walking adventure? Just join us!

The classes are free of charge for everyone interested. We encourage not only employees and students to take an active break during the day, but also the citizens of Gdańsk to exercise together with us. Just bring along a gym mat, comfortable clothes, and a good mood!

  • Join us on Mondays (start May 6, at 1pm) for Nordic Walking training with Agnieszka Heimrath, meeting at the UG Faculty of Law and Administration.
  • Join us on Wednesdays (start May 8, at 11:15am) for a strengthening workout with Anna Soszyńska, meeting at the Outdoor Gym next to the tennis courts, next to the UG Old Rectorate.
  • Join us on Fridays (start May 10, at 9am) for a Yoga class with Katarzyna Wyborska, meeting at the UG Campus, lawn by the Library – near the “I love UG” sign.
