On 15 October 2021, the University of Gdańsk will host lectures, workshops and competitions on the occasion of the European Week of Sustainable Development.

The event is organised as part of the project “Science Clubs at the University of Gdańsk – Known and Unknown Faces of Science”, the authors of which are Beata Grobelna, PhD, DSc, ProfTit of the UG from the Faculty of Chemistry (coordinator) and Barbara Pawłowska, PhD, DSc, ProfTit of the UG and Magdalena Markiewicz, PhD from the Faculty of Economics. The project is being carried out under the Social Responsibility of Science programme of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The project aims to strengthen the positive perception of science by the public. During this event the Centre will be represented by Marta Skorek, MSc who will run the workshop entitled A Water Drop Perspective: A water drop perspective: What makes the Baltic Sea unique?
