The Center for Sustainable Development of the University of Gdańsk (CZRUG) invites you to the international scientific conference “Science and Education for Sustainable Development”, which will be held on 24th and 25th November 2022 in Gdańsk. In a special video about the event that is fast approaching, the following people tell: Sylwia Mrozowska, Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Development at the University of Gdańsk, Krzysztof Szczepaniak, Director of the Centre for Sustainable Development of the University of Gdańsk, Barbara Kijewska, coordinator of the CZRUG internship programme and Irena Chawrilska, coordinator of the Culture for sustainable development programme.
The aim of the conference is to present research results, exchange experiences, exchange good practices and integrate the scientific community dealing with sustainable development, taking into account all its four pillars (Social, Economic, Environmental, Human).

The conference will be an opportunity to share good practices and experiences in the field of implementing sustainable development goals at universities:

Who is the Science and Education for Sustainable Development conference for?
”Experienced researchers and young students of science are invited to the conference. We have prepared moderated discussion – round tables corresponding to the four pillars of sustainable development: social, economic, environmental, and human” Barbara Kijewska, Coordinator of Internship CZRUG Programme explained.
Irena Chawrilska adds that the guests invited to the conference belong to the group of experts in the field of sustainable development in various thematic areas:
