The project “Political determinants of the energy transition in Poland in the period 2004-2020” received funding from the Preludium Bis 2 Programme of the National Science Centre.
The aim of the project is to deepen existing knowledge on the energy transition process in Poland in the period 2004-2020, in particular: to identify factors influencing the initiation and course of the energy transition process, to examine the role of institutions structuring legislative processes, regulations, policy instruments, patterns of interaction between the government and stakeholders, policy concepts, programmes and sectoral strategies.
The results of the conducted research will provide an important voice in the academic discourse on the political determinants of the energy transition in the period 2004- 2020. The project manager is Sylwia Mrozowska, PhD, DsC, Prof of the UG. Funding for the research project and an academic scholarship for training at the Doctoral School of Humanities and Social Sciences was awarded to Bartosz Duraj, M.Sc.
