He graduated in political science, administration and economics from the University of Gdańsk. PhD student at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Scholarship holder in the NCN Preludium BIS programme, under which he conducts research on the political determinants of energy transition in Poland in 2004-2020. Certified Green Project Manager, GPM-bTM. Member of Working Group No. 1: Human Resources Development and Education System (Offshore Wind Energy: Ministry of Climate and Environment).
Vice-President of the Management Board at the Institute for Economic and Social Research (2012-2023). Coordinator of national and international projects financed under the following programmes: Visegrad Fund, Lifelong Learning Programme – Youth in Action. Scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Province, Kasa Stefczyka and the Association for the Promotion of Financial Education.
His research interests focus on:
energy security, social acceptance of renewable energy sources, conventional energy and nuclear energy, energy cooperatives, non-governmental organisations.
