PROJECT MANAGEMENT – FUNDAMENTALS OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Description The aim of the training is to provide basic practical knowledge in the field of obtaining funding and implementing projects. The workshop is based on a case study (work on selected real project documents). During the training, a comprehensive project implementation path will be presented: from searching for potential sources of project financing, through preparation of an application for financing, tasks related to project management, including the creation of necessary documentation, to reporting on the course of project implementation.
The workshop is for:

PREPARATION OF ANNUAL ACTIVITY REPORTS

  • how to formulate the content of the report addressed to a specific recipient;
  • what mistakes not to make in the process of preparing annual reports.

Description The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the specificity, function and process of preparing an annual activity report. The training is an introductory stage to the participant’s involvement in the preparation of the annual report of the CSDUG.

ORGANISATION OF CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS

Description The aim of the training is to introduce participants to the planning and organisation of conferences. The training is necessary to participate in the work of the organising committee of the conferences of the CSDUG.

Description The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the methods of presenting research results by means of a multimedia presentation.
The workshop is for: Interns interested in preparing a multimedia presentation of the results of own findings based on a quantitative analysis of the content of selected institutions and organisations operating in the area of SDGs.

Then, participants will have an opportunity to analyse several interviews with the support of the person leading the workshop.

  • Interns interested in cooperation with non-governmental organisations.
